My dr.wanted to give RX strength of less tylenol. It is hard to tell based on the pill identifier web site. In the past the 7.5 vicodin that I've received has been a larger pill.

So the amount of opoid pain killer is the same, the difference lies in the amount of cutting agent, acetominophen. The higher the dose of that the worse it is on your liver. If your doctor ever write you a script for such a drug, try and get the acetaminophen at the lowest possible dose. But the hydrocodone is what helps with pain. 10/500 refers to the strengths of hydrocodone (10mg) and acetaminophen (500 mg) M366 is 7.5mg hydrocodone and 325 mg acetaminophen (generic for Norco) and the M358 is 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen (generic for Lortab - they don't make these anymore).
